Presbyterian Women of PCAS
The Christmas bazaar is a major fundraiser for Shrewsbury Presbyterian Women and is held annually at the beginning of December. It consists of many stations; Jewelry, Baked Goods and Soups, Christmas Treasures (new and gently used Christmas items and gifts), Handicrafts, Floral Arrangements, Poinsettias, Books, Accessories, Toys, and photos with Santa. Enjoy a lunch while being entertained by "Shore Voices" (a woman's acapella group). The whole church gets involved, from the children as lunch waiters, to crafts created by members of the woman's organization, to the men helping out with security and sales, to the church sponsored Boy Scouts selling wreaths and helping with setup and tear down, to the Deacons cooking lunch. Of course the PW women organize it all and the congregation donates their goods and services.
A good time is had by all!
